My name is Laura! I am a Doula and Parent Educator in the Grand Rapids area. I am passionate about supporting families in their sacred journey of pregnancy and birth. I have two babies of my own and both of their births were different and beautiful in their own ways. My experience having a home birth with my daughter inspired me to become a doula! It was a transformative and empowering experience. I want to support families so they know they are not alone. When it comes to preparing for labor and birth, education is empowerment. Knowledge builds confidence which results in positive birth outcomes! As a doula, that is what I aim to provide. I am grateful and honored to be a doula.
